You do not need to be home, unless we are doing interior window cleaning. But we do expect payment within 24 hours of service being completed.

Yes, any furniture that is on the surface we are cleaning or that you are worried about getting wet please remove. We are happy to help move heavy items, but we are not responsible if anything happens while moving. Please move what you can prior to our appointment. 

We eco-friendly chemicals and water purification systems for pressure washing and window cleaning is a responsible and sustainable approach. It not only helps protect the environment but also ensures the safety of vegetation and promotes a healthier living space. 

We do bring some water but it is never enough to do the job. We will hook up to your exterior water with out own hoses to fill the tank as needed. If you are on a well, please let the office know prior to your appointment.

If you request a quote for house only, it will only include the siding, exterior of gutters, trim, exterior of windows, and exterior of doors. The following items are NOT included concrete, decks, roofs, and retaining walls (even attached to the house).

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. We do not charge a credit card fee. If you are choosing to pay by card we will email an invoice for you to pay online.

We are fully insured and bonded!

Oil, grease, paint, or mud stains are NOT included in the standard quote for washing. We must know prior to our pricing/appointment for these items to be removed. There is also no guarantee these items will come off. 

We clean all types of windows including single and double-hung, casement, picture, bay and bow, sliding, and specialty shape windows.

It is recommended to have your windows cleaned at least twice a year, but it may be necessary to clean them more often depending on your location and the amount of dirt and debris that accumulates.
