You may request services through our website, by phone, or by email. All service appointments are subject to our availability and confirmation.
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost.
Exterior cleaning services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather conditions that may impact service quality or safety. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
Estimates provided before service are based on the information you provide and our assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if conditions differ from those described.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
Payments received after 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.
While we take utmost care when performing our services, in the event of property damage directly caused by our service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the damage and, if determined to be our responsibility, make appropriate repairs or provide compensation.

You are responsible for ensuring that we have appropriate access to the areas requiring service. This includes providing any necessary gate codes, removing obstacles, and securing pets.
You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing property conditions or concerns before service begins, including but not limited to loose materials, damaged surfaces, or sensitive landscaping.
Please remove or secure valuable personal items from service areas. We are not responsible for damage to personal items left in service areas.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Premier Pro Wash or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
